IJM Recommendations – IJM Internationals

Do you have friends or acquaintances, from any state, that you would like to join us in next year’s pageants? Please take a moment to write down their names, complete addresses, zip codes, and ages. We would be happy to send them invitations!

You will first fill out your contact information and then you will fill out the name, address and age of contestants that you are referring for next years pageant.

Downloading Form Instructions:• Find your age group, below.
• Select the form you want to download.
• Doubleclick on the link. The link is in the column named “Form: Click to download”
• That action will initiate a download to your local computer via the Internet. the forms are Word documents, and are kind of sizeable.
• They range in size from about 2 to 5 megabytes. Depending on your Internet speed, each form may take a little while to download.
• After you download the form, you will need to probably do a “save as,” and save the file to your computer. You may want to make note of where in your computer that you save it, as well as to give it a name that you will remember and recognize.

After Downloading Forms Instructions:
• You can double click on the file, as you would normally do for any Word document.
• If you have Microsoft Word loaded in your computer, the document should open up.
• Each document has text boxes placed and sized so that you can easily type in the spaces with the words that you want to use (your name, etc).
• Each text box has the words “Sample text” in it. Just drag your cursor over those characters, and then type the desired text. For example, when you type in your First Name, just type you first name to replace the words “Sample text.”
• Please do not use different fonts (typestyles). All of the text boxes are set to “Times Roman” which is a standard and very readable font. Your computer may default to “Times New Roman,” which is fine.
• Do not add photos. Do not add ornamentation, smiley faces, etc. These forms are for your convenience, to enable you to easily type the information and print it. They are not to enable you to modify or decorate the forms.
